Tony was a good son, visiting his mother out of state once a year.  He also went to Kentucky and helped his father with projects on his home and going to the drive-in movies.  He created a lot of good memories with his family.

When the kids were growing up, he helped coach their sports and going to their games, that is why he worked third shift so he could be involved with their sports and activities.

He is survived by his wife Becky, his sons, Thomas “Tom” Garverick and Benjamin “Ben” Garverick and partner Jaime White; grandchildren, Kaydance Furr, Sophia Garverick, and Ethan White, all of Galion; his brother, Gary Garverick of Edison; sister, Roxann and Jerry Johnson of Ooltewah, Tennessee; step-brother and step-sisters, Janet and Larry Sidwell of Galion, Ida and Dan Parker of Mansfield, Roger and Christine Francis of Florida, and David and Rhonda Francis of Kentucky.
