Mary Louise Curran,102, of Galion, went quietly to be with the Lord, Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Magnolia Terrace, Galion.
Mary was born to the late Dominick and Florence Siclair in Crawford County, Ohio on January 24, 1916. Her husband Richard Curran, who worked on the railroad also proceeded her in death.
Mary graduated from both Galion High School in 1934 and Bellville Junior College. Mary, was a hard worker, enjoyed working at Bib N. Tucker Children's Shop, Ulmars Department Store, Montgomery Ward, Marshal Field Department Store, Racahee Specialty Shop and Fuller Department Store.
Besides being a dedicated mother and grandmother, she was an avid Bridge player and loved to paint pictures. Mary was kind, generous, loving and had a zest for living.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Charles and Mara Curran, grand children Colleen and James, granddaughter-in-Law Brittani and Great Grandchild Little James.

Friends may call Monday December 17, 2018 from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM at the Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, where a Vigil Service will follow at 7:00 PM at the funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Galion, with Fr. Paul Fahrbach officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Bellefontaine Ohio.
