Barbara Lee (Testement) Young

Barbara Lee Young, age 76, of Galion died Monday November 9, 2020 at OhioHealth Mansfield. She was born March 24, 1944 in Crestline to the late Claude and Frankie (Smith) Testement.

Barbara had worked as a hostess at the Hampton Inn. She had attended the Heritage Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, animals, quilting, and attending garage sales and shopping. Barbara’s most important love was her family.

Surviving Barbara are her children; Tim (Darlene) Plummer of Upper Sandusky, Pam (Merv) Miller of Galion and Deb (Jamie Russell) Fuller of Galion; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and her sister Edna Walters of Galion.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her siblings; Jeanie Denoon, and Lewis and Claude Testement.

Friends may call on Friday November 13, 2020 from 9:00AM until the start of the funeral service at 11:00AM at the Mark A. Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, 303 Portland Way North in
Galion. Pastor Rodney Noblit will officiate at the service and Barbara’s burial will follow in the Iberia Cemetery.
