Barry Lynn Clevenger, 59, of Galion passed away on January 2, 2021 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Barry was born on June 21, 1961 in Galion to the late David Clevenger and Sue (Marks) Hall.
Barry served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed playing guitar and harmonica. Barry was a free spirit who enjoyed travelling The United States, many would call him a gypsy. He loved tending to his garden. A man of humor, Barry always had a way of making his friends and family laugh. He was a member of Beit El Elyon Church in Crestline.
Barry is survived by his fiancé, Nina Miley of Galion, his step-father, Jim Hall of Fredericktown; his step-siblings; John (Sandy) Hall of Illinois, Eric (Dana Kouns) Hall of Fredericktown and Laura Hall of Fredericktown; his nephews; Don, Alex and Matthew Barnhart; and many other numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his mother and biological father, Barry was preceded in death by his siblings; Brian Clevenger and Jenetta Barnhart.
A celebration of life will be held at Beit El Elyon Church, 119 N. Thoman St., in Crestline on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 2:00pm, with Rabbi Robert Bauer officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home in care for Barry’s final expenses.
