Carol Irene Bryant, 86, of Crestline passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Carol was born in Menard, Illinois, on December 29, 1935 to the late George and Lucy (Parker) Cole. On October 22, 1960, Carol married Claud Bryant, and he preceded her in death November 17, 2000.
Carol was a member of Crestline Church of Christ and enjoyed singing and loved music. In her spare time, Carol could be found tending to her flowers and garden. She also spent her time crafting and had the imagination to create anything. She was a lover of all animals, especially dogs, cats, and her birds. If not taking care of her animals or gardening, Carol was all about thrift shopping. She could go into a store for hours on end and be completely happy browsing the aisles. Always willing to help others, Carol had a passion to help those around her. She adored her family and cherished the time spent together.
Left to cherish Carol's memories are her four children: Butch (Ginger Cushing) Kenyon of Vickery, Sharon Melchor of Loudonville, Dondi (Mark) Harney of Mansfield, and Scot (Debbie) Bryant of Galion; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Carol was preceded in death by her seven siblings: Norma Biava, Raymond Cole, Lawrence Cole, Joseph Cole, William Cole, Leona Knott, and Aubrey Cole; three grandchildren; Megan Kenyon, Majon Norcross and Mark Harney.
