Carroll Daniel Meinzer

Carroll D Meinzer, 89, passed away on March 10, 2023, at Mill Creek Nursing Home.

Carroll was born in Crestline on April 24, 1933, to the late Albert and Rose (Roth) Meinzer. He married Marilyn White.

Carroll was a graduate of Crestline High School, Class of 1951. He served in the United States Navy from 1956 to 1960. Carroll worked at PPG where he later retired after 30 years. Carroll's special interests included fishing and gardening. Carroll was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.

Carroll is survived by son, Jorge Meinzer of Crestline; two grandchildren, Justin Meinzer and Kali Meinzer; along with his sister, Shirley Klein of Crestline.
In addition to his parents and wife, Carroll was preceded in death by siblings James Pesek, Albert Parker, and Elenor Arndt.

Friends may call on Tuesday March 14, 2023, from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Mark A. Schneider-Gompf 223 West Main Street, Crestline, OH 44827. Graveside service will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery at 2:30pm.
