Delores Lorraine (Miller) Malatin

Delores Lorraine Malatin, age 78 of Waterford, MI; passed away due to surgical complications on Saturday, December 14, 2024 surrounded by her family.

Delores was born in Pontiac, MI on May 16, 1946 to the late George and Margaret (Fox) Miller. She married Martin Joseph Malatin on May 3, 1968, and he preceded her on November 27, 2021.

Dee was the cherished mother of Marty B. Malatin and Kim Steele; loving grandmother of Johnny and Vivien; sister-in-law of Barb (late John) DiPietro, dear friend of Buffy and Dathon Skelton, Taylor Skelton, Peggy Shaw, Chelsea Shaw, Sarah Macklem.

Dee worked as a hairdresser at Nan's in Clarkston and was a member of Saint Perpetua Catholic Church. She loved cards, golf and going to the casino.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Perpetua Catholic Church, 134 Airport Road, Waterford, MI. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of Mass. Rite of Committal will be held at Saint Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Crestline, Ohio on Monday, December 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM.
