Georganna Rose Kelly, 77, of Galion passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Crestwood Care Center in Shelby.
Georganna was born in East Liverpool on January 3, 1944 to the late George and Lila (Rogers) Taylor. On September 8, 1973 she married Henry Kelly and he survives in Galion.
Georganna cherished her time traveling with her husband Henry, together they traveled to 25 States all while camping at numerous Thousand Trails affiliated campgrounds. She was a family woman, who loved nothing more than spending time with her loved ones and attending her grandchildren’s many events.
In addition to her husband, Georganna will be remembered by her four children; Homer (Amanda) Merritt of Crestline, George Merritt of Galion, Sally (Doy) Thompson of East Palestine, and John Kelly of East Palestine; one sister; Patricia (Dutch) Kelly of Negley; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Georganna was preceded in death by three children; Keith Kelly, Randy Kelly, and Karen Kelly.

Friends may call on Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 10:00 to 11:00am at Mark A. Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home; 303 Portland Way North, Galion, Ohio, where the funeral service will be held immediately following, with Rev. Joe Stafford officiating. A private family burial will take place in Oak Grove Cemetery, Lexington.
In accordance with the Governor’s mandate, masks will be required to enter the funeral home.
