Henry "Hank" Carl Bosley, 86, of Crestline, passed away on April 12, 2021 in OhioHealth Hospital, Mansfield.
Hank was born in Marion, OH on July 3, 1934 to the late George and Mary (Woodring) Bosley. He married Beverly (Leach) Bosley on September 4, 1976, and she preceded him in death on July 29, 2020.
Hank proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1954 to 1956. He was a tool and die maker, employed by General Motors for thirty-seven years. Hank was a member of the VFW Post 2920, Crestline, Loyal Order of Moose #303, Galion, and the American Legion Post 535, Bellville, and a Free and Accepted Mason. He was a generous man, if ever you needed him, he would always be there. He loved his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Family was a very important part of Hank's life.
Hank is survived by his two daughters, Diana Wendling, Bellville; Joanie McLaughlin, Mansfield; his stepdaughter, Kay Rodgers, Crestline; six, grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; his sister Georgia Swigonski, Cleveland, and special friend, Ray Ronk, Crestline.
In addition to his wife and parents, Hank was preceded in death by his stepson, Richard "Rick" Rodgers; and brother-in-law, Stanley Swigonski.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 11:00 AM in Greenlawn Cemetery, 1119 State Route 181, County Line Road, Crestline, where military honors will be rendered by the U.S. Air Force and the Crestline-Galion Veteran's Funeral Detail.
Memorial contributions may be made to VFW Post 2920, 100 South Crestline Street, Crestline, in care of the funeral home.
