Jessie Marie (Swain) Hohenbrink

Jessie Marie Hohenbrink, 72, of Crestline, passed away on May 18, 2021 at her residence.

Jessie was born in Crestline on March 1, 1949 to the late, Paul Martin and Stella Jane (Skidmore) Swain. She married Tony Hohenbrink on April 22, 1972, and he survives her in Crestline.

Jessie was a graduate of Crestline High School, Class of 1967. She continued her education at Toledo University where she obtained a Bachelors of Education degree. She was a teacher and also a beautician. Jessie loved being a life-time member of the Crestline Nazarene Church. Jessie enjoyed tending her flower garden, mowing her yard, sewing, and cooking. She loved her family, especially her grandson, and her dog. Jessie was a wonderful mom and grandmother.

Left to cherish her memories are her daughters; Karen (Ryan) Eichelberger, Galion; Sharon Hohenbrink, Crestline; her grandson, Isaac Eichelberger; and her brothers; Larry (Patti) Swain, Jim Swain, and Tom Swain, all of Crestline.

In addition to her parents, Jessie is preceded in death by her brother, Paul M. Swain, Jr.

Friends may call on Saturday, May 22, 2021, from 9:30 until the time of service at 10:30 AM at the Crestline Nazarene Church, 500 E. Main St., Crestline, with Pastor John Ernsberger officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Crestline.

Memorial contributions may be made to Crestline Nazarene Church or the American Heart Association, in care of the funeral home.
