Judith Ann (Zaebst) Allen

Judith Ann Allen, 81, of Crestline, passed away on June 1, 2021, at Altercare Nursing Home, in Bucyrus

Judith was born in Shelby, on October 11, 1939, to the late Irvin and Lillian (Becker) Zaebst. She married Ernest M. Allen on September 6, 1957, and he survives her in Crestline.

Judith was a graduate of Tiro High School, Class of 1957. She was a wonderful homemaker, and enjoyed baking, gardening and canning. She loved to read, fish and especially spend time with all of her grandkids.

In addition to her spouse, Judith is survived by her children; Cynthia (Robert) Philbrick, of Shelby; Douglas (Amy) Allen of Crestline; Renee (Peter) Skebba of Waukesha, WI; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and her two brothers David (Charlene) Zaebst of Kentucky, and Gerry Zaebst of Florida.

Friends may call on Friday, June 4, 2021, from 12:00 PM until the start of the funeral service at 2:00 PM at the Mark A. Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, 223 West Main St., in Crestline. Burial will follow in Crawford County Memory Gardens, Crestline.
