Judith "Judy" Ann Brocklesby, 68, of Crestline, passed away at her home, on Monday, May 31, 2021.
Judy was born in Crestline on February 23, 1953, to the late Troy and Theresa (Tuscan) Brocklesby.
Judy was a graduate of Crestline High School, Class of 1971. She continued her education at Miami University in Oxford, to become a Hanen Certified Speech Language Pathologist teacher in the Bucyrus City Schools for forty-six years. She was a member of; St. Joseph Catholic Church in Crestline, (OEA) Ohio Education Association, (BEA) Bucyrus Education Association, (OSSPEAC) Ohio School Speech Pathology and Educational Audiology Association, National Wildlife Federation, Defenders of Wildlife, International Wolf Center, and the Humane Society of USA. Judy was an advocate for all animals, enjoyed movies and classic hard rock music. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she loved spending time with them.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter Caitlin (Stephen Miller) Duncan, Lexington; two grandchildren; Grayson Miller and Silas Miller; her three sisters, Celia Brocklesby, Crestline, Therese (Roger) Iiams, Delaware, Gini (Brad) Sunnucks, Columbus; and her two brothers, Joe (Vicki) Brocklesby, WV, and Steve Brocklesby.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her brother, William Brocklesby
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 331 North Thoman St., Crestline on Friday, June 4, 2021, at 11:00 AM, with Farther Jeff Smith officiating.
