Kenneth E. Kincaid, Jr. 61, of Galion passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Galion Community Hospital.
Kenneth was born in Marion, OH on August 5, 1958 to the late Kenneth E. Kincaid, Sr. and Mary E. (Howard) Kincaid of Galion. He married Cheryl Booth on June 10, 1978, and she survives.
Kenneth graduated from Northmor High School and Pioneer in 1977. Kenneth worked as a welder at Marion Power Shovel in Marion for 10 years and with Marion Steel for 5 years. An outdoorsman, he loved fishing, hunting, and reminiscing about riding his horse as a child. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Cheryl; his children, Amy (Brent) Sutton of Mansfield, Wendy (Bill Jr.) Ricker of Galion, Heather Kincaid of Mt. Gilead, Shawn Kincaid of Mt. Gilead, Cassandra Kincaid of Galion, and Nickolas Kincaid of Mt. Gilead; his grandchildren, Sierra Kincaid, Lacey Nolan, Tiara Shade, Jasmine Dellinger, Serenity Kincaid, Camdon Ambers, Ivy Kincaid, Daisy Kincaid, Rory Kincaid, Jace Somerlot, Eli Ricker, Dylan Sutton, and Dalton Sutton; his siblings, Mary Jo (Dave) Elliott of Caledonia, David (Karen) Kincaid of Galion, and Jeffery (Rhonda) Kincaid of Edison.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Kincaid Sr. on July 12, 2018.
Friends may call on Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 1 PM-4 PM at the Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, 303 Portland Way N., Galion. Friends may also call on Monday, October 28, 2019 from 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM at Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home where funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 28, 2019 at Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, Galion, with Rev. Pat Fruth officiating. Burial will follow in Iberia Cemetery.
