Linda E. Holub, age 71, of Galion died Monday Dec. 14, 2020 at Signature Healthcare, as a result of COVID-19.
She was born March 30, 1949 in Mason, W. Va. to the late Albert and Clara (Roush) Hall. Linda and her family moved to Galion from Mason, W. Va. In the early 1960’s.
Linda had worked at Brosco in Mansfield and Gauga Plastics in Crestline. She was a member of the V.F.W. in Crestline and the American Legion in Galion.
Linda is survived by her husband, Lindsay Holub; children, Teresa (John) Holbert, Lena (Joey) Kise and Terry (Melody) Mills; ten grandchildren; one great-grandson; sisters, Hilda Collins, Iliana Holub, Barb Howe, and Sandy Nichols; and brother, Jim Hall.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her sisters, Irma Michael, Virginia “Ginger” VanMeter, and Clara “Jenie” Robie; and brother, Bob Hall.
A private family service and burial in Iberia Cemetery will be observed for Linda.
The Holub family requests that any memorial contributions in Linda’s name be made to a local food bank to help those in need.
