Lucille (Crank) Branham

Lucille Branham, 79, of Crestline, passed away on June 23, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Lucille was born on December 14, 1942, to the late Haskel and June (Justice) Crank in Lawrence County, Ohio. She married Charles Branham on February 8, 1958, and they were blessed with 64 years of marriage.

Lucille was an active and one of the founding members of the Bucyrus Freewill Baptist Church. She was an avid collector of dolls, especially porcelain and Barbie dolls and with her sewing skills, she would make clothes for her dolls. In her younger years, Lucille enjoyed to bowl and had a passion to sing. Working with flowers brought great joy to Lucille, as she had a green thumb and would use her gift to create wedding arrangements. Being a homemaker at her core, you could find Lucille in the kitchen cooking and baking as she would open their home to the entire family. Lucille cherished time spent with her family and loved ones.

In addition to her husband, Lucille is survived by her six children; Ricky (Linda) Branham of Hope, Arkansas, Mike (Teri) Branham of Lewisville, Arkansas, Donald Branham of Crestline, Robert (Amanda) Branham of Olympia, Kentucky, James (Jessica) Branham of Frenchburg, Kentucky, Amy (Randy) May of Statesville, North Carolina; six siblings; James (Gloria) Crank, Coal Grove, Anna Mae (Frank) Saxton, Crestline, Ruby Jean (Robert) Patterson, Bucyrus, Juanita (Charles) Runyon, Coal Grove, Carolyn Sue Botkins, Ironton, Rita June (Loren) Pry, Bucyrus; 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her daughter in-law; Sharon Branham, brother; David Crank and sister; Patricia Crank, granddaughter; Tonya Murdock, and two great grandsons; Josh Murdock Jr., and Roland Lucas Kemp Jr.

Friends may call on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Bucyrus Freewill Baptist Church, 1676 Hopley Avenue, Bucyrus, Ohio. The funeral service will immediately follow with Brother Lyle Arnett and Brother Jerry Coply officiating. Burial will follow at Crawford Count Memory Gardens, Crestline.
