Marion Jane (Ridley) Wagner

Marion "Mary" Jane Wagner, 81, of Crestline, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at the Crestwood Care Center, Shelby.

Mary was born in Sugarcreek, PA on January 16, 1940, to the late John and Pearl (Johns) Ridley. She married Raymond Wagner on July 12, 1958, and he preceded her in death on September 25, 2020.

Mary graduated from Freeport High School, Class of 1957. She was a longtime member of Mansfield Sovereign Grace Baptist Church. Mary was a wonderful homemaker and enjoyed baking, playing card games, and loved traveling to Florida. She was a people person, and especially cherished the moments spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Mary is survived by her four sons; Robert (Lori) Wagner of Crestline; William Wagner of Ontario; Edward (Amy) Wagner of Shelby; Michael (Stacy) Wagner of Crestline; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and her brother, Robert (Lois) Ridley of Emlenton, PA.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mary was preceded in death by her brother, Calvin Johns, her sister, Betty Kuhta and her sister-in-law, Delores Weister.

Friends may call on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, from 12:00 PM until the time of funeral services at 2:00 PM at the Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, 223 West Main St., Crestline. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Crestline.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home.
