Mary Alverta Clevenger, 82, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2024, surrounded by her family. Mary was born on September 22, 1941, to the late parents of George and Edna (Trash) Perry.
Mary spent 42 years at North Electric, a testament to her strong work ethic and dedication. Outside of work, she found joy in knitting, crocheting, and caring for her loved ones.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and hard work that her family will forever cherish. Her children and those who knew her will always remember her kind heart and nurturing spirit.
Left to cherish Mary's memories are her children; Rodney Clevenger, Dan Clevenger, Brenda (Keith) Gosser, grandchildren; Rodney, Andrea, Casey, Dawn, Erin, Andrew, Adriane, Adjin, Lilly, and Autumn, along with numerous great grandchildren.
Along with Mary's parents, Mary is preceded in death by son; Richard Clevenger, daughter; Barb Klein, siblings; Harold "Buddy" Perry, Anna Eldridge, Edward Perry, and Marie Morrow.
Friends may call on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Mark A. Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, 303 Portland Way North, Galion, with Reverend Marcos Ferreira officiating. Funeral Service will immediately follow at 12:00 pm. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery.
