Nellie June (Taylor) Weisman

Nellie June Weisman, 78 of Crestline, passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2021 in her home.

Nellie was born on February 25, 1943 in Sandstone, West Virginia to the late Fred and Minnie (Richmond) Taylor. She married Gary Weisman on May 16, 1963 and he survives her in Crestline.

Nellie was a wonderful homemaker. She was an exceptional wife and mother. Nellie loved her children and grandchildren dearly. She enjoyed spending time outside taking in nature, watching birds and admiring flowers. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie #859, Crestline and the VFW Post 2920, Crestline.

In addition to her husband, Nellie is survived by her children; Mike (Suzy) Weisman, Crestline; Tina (Allen) Perman, Galion; Robby (Marilyn) Weisman, Crestline; Billy Weisman, Crestline; Krissy Weisman, Butler and Freddy (Marny) Weisman, Lucas; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Nellie is preceded in death by her siblings; Wilma Cunningham, Rozella Taylor, Joane Kwan, Delores McClellan and Fred Taylor.

Friends may call Monday, June 21, 2021 from 1:00 until 3:00 P.M. at the Mark A. Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, Crestline.
