Patricia Ann (Patton) Damron

Patricia Ann Damron, 84, of Galion, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Patricia was born on February 28, 1937 in Crestline to the late Henry G. and Dorothy (Slayton) Patton. On March 28, 1953 she married Carl Damron, and he survives in Galion.

Patricia was a devout Christian who loved her Lord and her Church. She loved cooking and feeding people which was evident by her twenty plus years of cooking for the Galion City Schools. Her most cherished role in life was loving her family.

Left to cherish Patricia's memories are husband; Carl Damron; her children; Vickie Adams of Galion, Carla (Edward) Enderle of Galion, and David (Honalee) Pooley of Savannah, GA.; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; siblings, Helen (Kenneth) Swain, Dick Patton, and David (Jo) Evans all of Galion and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her son, Ronnie Damron; son-in-law, Brady Adams; grandson, Eric Adams; sister in law Sharon Patton; and half-sister JoAnne.

Friends may call on Wednesday April 21, 2021 from 11:00AM until the start of the funeral service at 1:00PM at Galion First Church of the Nazarene; 777 Fairview Ave. Galion, Ohio 44833 Reverend Hunter Hickman will officiate, and her burial will follow in Iberia Cemetery.
