Paula Jane Gallant, 62, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Avita Health System Galion Community Hospital. Paula was born in Marion to the late Paul Davis and surviving Jane (Akers) Watkins on April 14, 1963.
Paula spent the last 25 years with Donald Estep, who was the love of her life.
Paula had a heart full of creativity. She loved nothing more than expressing herself through drawing, painting, and crafts, filling her surroundings with beauty. She was known for her spirited personality and was affectionately referred to as a "firecracker." Paula had a knack for lighting up a room with her artistic talents and vibrant spirit.
Her love for crime TV, particularly her favorite show, "Forensic Files," was just another layer of her unique character. Whether she was exploring her craft supplies or engrossed in an episode about forensic investigations, Paula found joy in the simple things of life.
Paula touched the lives of many, leaving behind a legacy of love, creativity, and warmth. Though she may have departed from our world, her spirit will forever live on in our hearts and in every piece of art she created.
Left to cherish Paula's memories are her mother, Jane Watkins; daughters, Molly Horn, of Mansfield, Rhonda Baldwin, of Bucyrus; grandchildren, Aleeah Kelley, Avyaira Baldwin, great-grandchildren, Alianah, Aliylah, sister Cheryl Davis, of Bradenton, FL., and significant other Donald Estep.
Along with Paula's father, she was preceded in death by siblings Randy Davis and Debbie Davis.
