Thomas Eugene Hullinger

Thomas E. Hullinger, 72, passed away very unexpectedly and entered into the gates of heaven on June 24, 2019 in Galion. To laugh...to love...and to know the Lord, is to know Tom Hullinger.

Tom was born in Mansfield, on May 5, 1947 to the late Russell and Ruth (Meyer) Hullinger. He married Brenda (Rendlen) Hullinger on January 1, 2013, and she survives him.

Tom worked at PPG Industries Works #26 in Crestline as a Fork Truck Driver retiring after 44 years. He loved to fish and also sing, he was known for his beautiful voice. Tom was a member of the Trinity Gospel Tabernacle Church, Galion, and Gideon's of Mansfield. He volunteered at Signature Healthcare (Visitation), Galion and was the Treasurer for the Resurrection Breakfast, Mansfield.

Tom is also survived by his children, Gene and Maria Hullinger, Limerick Ireland; Russell and Janine Hullinger, Galion; Jennifer and Jay Griffin, South Carolina; Staci and Jay Drummond, Springfield; Stephanie and Michael Mosely, Mansfield; Dawn Waddell, Galion; Angela and John Barone, Galion; Robin and Steve Francis, Ramrod Key, FL; Chris and Willow Beaver, El Salvador; Sheila Hart, Bucyrus, his sister, Virginia and Coy Turner, Dayton, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Thomas was also preceded in death by his siblings, Russel Hullinger, Mary Crane, Marilyn Earhart and Valeria Caffey.

Friends may call on Thursday June 27, 2019 from 4:00- 7:00 PM at Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, 303 Portland Way, Galion. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the funeral home with Rev. Rick Cox officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Tabernacle Gospel Church, Galion in care of the funeral home.
