Tyler Ray Hiatt, 24, of Chillicothe passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 13, 2020 at his home.
Tyler was born in Upper Sandusky, Ohio on April 2, 1996 to Don A. and Julie R. (Newman) Hiatt of Galion.
Tyler worked at Sofidel Company in Circleville. He graduated from Galion High School, Class of 2014. Tyler enjoyed fishing and being in the outdoors. When having to be in the indoors, Tyler loved being connected to his friends and playing video games. Tyler’s friends were a very important part of his life. They meant the world to him. He was a True Friend to everyone.
In addition to his parents, Tyler is survived by his sons, Xavier Hiatt and Aiyden Hiatt-Crose; his brother, Dylan Hiatt of Galion; his sister, Kaylee Hiatt of Mt. Vernon; paternal grandparents, Dan and Twila Hiatt of Galion; maternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Kathy and Henry Hensel of Marseilles; uncle, Jon and Liz Hiatt of Chicago, Illinois; aunt, Jennifer Hughes of Shelby; niece and nephew, James and Grace.
Tyler was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Norman "Tom" Newman and his significant other, Tara Carver.
In light of the circumstances in our world today and keeping with the guidelines of social distancing, at a later date a public service will be held and announced on the funeral home's website at masfh.com as well as listed in the newspapers.
